RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please remember to pack your products carefully and avoid folding the bras in half to prevent cup deformation. The right to exchange or return applies solely to the non-modified Product or Products. To ensure that, you may use a postal box or a jiffy bag your order was delivered in. Please remember about the limited liability of Poczta Polska (Polish postal service provider) for the shipment loss. 

RETURNS

To ensure effective withdrawal from the agreement, it is enough to submit a written Buyer's statement by e-mail or traditional post within the statutory 14-day period after the shipment was collected. 

The statement form is Enclosure no. 1. Withdrawing from the Agreement, the Buyer is obliged to return the non-modified Product with the purchase proof or a copy thereof within 14 days after the withdrawal statement has been submitted. The shipment charges for the returned Product shall be borne by the Buyer. The Seller guarantees the reimbursement of the full Product price to the Buyer immediately, no later than 14 days. The Seller shall reimburse the payment using the method used by the Buyer, unless the latter explicitly agreed to have the money reimbursed in any other way which is not related to any costs. The Product returns sent at the Seller's expense or on a COD basis will not be accepted.

For the Buyers not being consumers under Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code (Journal of Laws no. 16 item 93 as amended), i.e. people completing legal transactions in direct relation to their business or professional activity, the withdrawal from the agreement, as stipulated above, is excluded. Please consider your purchase carefully before you buy.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange the purchased product for another one, you should first return it within 14 days after you have received the Product, with the return statement, enclosed as included in the Exchange form. The cost of sending the Product back to the E-Shop shall be borne by the Customer. Any inquiries and notifications concerning the exchange should be sent to: contact@boscco.com
